CODING ACADEMY
The Coding Academy is a 12-month, full-time software development program designed to equip
participants with essential skills and real-world experience. The first phase focuses on six months
of intensive technical upskilling, where participants engage in immersive training to develop core
software development competencies. In the second phase, they transition into a six-month
work-integrated learning experience, applying their knowledge to real-world projects and gaining
valuable professional exposure.

INTERNSHIPS AND EMPLOYMENT
Throughout the program, participants complete projects as part of our internal work-integrated learning initiative, equipping them for internships and future employment
Work integrated learning
LC Studio is our internal work-integrated learning and internship program. It offers a simulated work environment where senior teams lead client-facing projects, providing interns with hands-on experience. Additionally, interns continue their learning journeys by developing specialised competencies.
WANT TO BECOME A YOUTHCODER?
Any unemployed South African youth aged 18 to 26 from previously disadvantaged communities are eligible to apply.
